Long Programs in Israel

To really get to know a place – in an extensive and immersive way – one must embark on a double journey: an external journey – studying the environment, culture, people and its complexity, and an internal journey – exploring thoughts, desires, fears and dreams.
Hand in hand with the Jewish Agency’s Masa project, we have built valuable and unique programs that enable Jewish young people from around the world to stay in Israel for five to ten months to gain an intricate understanding of all the diverse components that this wonderful mosaic comprises of.

Your time in Israel will enable you to discover it from fresh perspectives and at a completely different pace. It will pass without you even noticing, with trips from north to south, engaging in diverse volunteer initiatives, participating in tailored internship programs or partaking in Hebrew studies – creating a rekindled and deeper acquaintance with your Jewish identity

Masa Tlalim Internship

Tlalim Group has been a partner in the Masa project for more than a decade. As part of the project, Tlalim invites young Jews from the diaspora to participate in long-term programs in Israel, integrate into Israeli society, study, volunteer, and undergo a significant personal journey.
We believe that this is the mission of all of us here at Tlalim Group.
The young people who respond to the invitation and choose to join our programs do so mainly because of Tlalim Group’s unique internship tracks, programs that combine Masa content focused on strengthening Jewish identity and connection to Israel with internships in selected organizations in the economy.
Every year, more than 700 participants join our various internship tracks. Hundreds of leading Israeli companies open their homes and hearts, welcoming the trainees for professional internships in their organizations. Everyone benefits from this “match”: companies gain talented and highly motivated interns, while the young people gain professional knowledge and integration into the Israeli experience.

Volunteering

Israeli society responded to the events of October 7 with remarkable volunteerism and mutual assistance. Jews around the world are joining this effort, making meaningful contributions during this challenging time. We offer programs for 18-40 year-olds lasting 8 or 14 days, where participants support agricultural initiatives, visit army bases, and assist at logistical centers. These efforts play a crucial role in sustaining local businesses. Since its launch in November 2023, the project has welcomed over 3,500 participants from around the globe

Birthright Israel Onward Internship Programs

In partnership with Birthright Israel Onward , we of exciting resume building opportunities which provide a global, cross-cultural experience in Israel and direct contact with Israeli peers. The goal is to provide participants with an immersive resume-building experience in Israel.

Our classic internship program offers an immersive 8-week experience during semester breaks. Participants gain invaluable professional exposure, setting the stage for future careers

Birthright Israel Onward Fellowships

A Birthright Israel Onward Fellowship is a 4-week, generously subsidized opportunity based in Tel Aviv for Birthright alumni and upcoming Birthright travelers who want to deepen their journey and pick up new skills in this world-leading innovation hub.
The fellowships aim to elevate skills through our comprehensive professional courses aimed at directing participants towards their desired career paths. Some of the fellowships that we are offering this summer include courses in bartending, photography and surfing.
